Tuna Tartare


There are appetizers that are priceless ... This simple tartare served with a muffin with coarse salt is the best way to start a lunch of fish ...

Ingredients
200 g of fresh tuna, 
LunaOlivo Mission extra virgin olive oil 
a few leaves of basil, parsley and 
a fresh onion 
juice of half a lemon 
5 cherry tomatoes 
sea salt and black pepper

Preparation
Clean tuna steak, chop with a knife. Finely chop the onion, basil and parsley. deprive the seeds and cut tomatoes into small cubes. Assemble all seasoned with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve in small glasses single portion.
