Ingredients
2 cups fresh cilantro leaves and steams
1 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp LunaOlivo Tuscan oil
1/2 tsp sugar
2 garlic colives
2 halibut or mahimahi fillets (5 oz. each)

Directions
In a food processor, add cilantro, soy sauce, pepper, oil, sugar, and garlic until minced.
Pat filets dry with a paper towel and coat the fish on both sides with the paste.
Spray both sides of the fish with nonstick spray and grill on grill pan (or the grill) until cooked through and firm, 4-6 minutes per side. Be sure not to overcook it!
